A little about me:

I am a woman who goes for what she wants. One of my teachers taught it's our birthright to be happy. I believe this so deeply I feel it in my bones to be true. 

One of my greatest pleasures is creating intricate woven gemstone necklaces. So much so that my passion can take over, and I spend entire evenings creating them well into the early morning hours. I am  aligned, and utterly consumed with, becoming apart of their energy. It gives me so much joy that I  lose track of time.

Our lives are like an intricate weaving of milestones, events, and achievements. Sometimes, we create the wrong knot or give importance to the wrong thing, placing a stone literally in our path and we have to break the chain and start all over again.

It is our challenge and gift to construct the beads (choices) into a pattern that fits us uniquely. Creating a design that represents what is in our hearts. Its beauty and craft of refinement create a signal adding more gems to our experience.

Even when we make mistakes we have the choice to break it up and reorganize and re-construct and re-design. We have the authority and creativity to adjust to our current state and reference.

A key for me was learning how to shift perspective and treat life as art.  it gave me the freedom to renew while being expanded.   

I know everything can be figured out and we never really fail, we just keep learning and evolving. We are the ones who have to build ourselves from the inside out, no one will do it for us. No pill will do it. It can only come from us and from within.

For over 18 years, I have been teaching and serving on a board to steward teachings in human potential. I built my own school and jewellery line, invested in companies, and authored a book.

I travel the world teaching and training people to become the best versions of themselves, as they transform and heal.  Trusting themselves and their abilities to transform any situation is the gift we give ourselves.  I have built a career that allows me to care for my family, live my passion, and serve my community.

The ocean is my home; anywhere I can swim, I feel at one with myself. I reside in Los Angeles, California with my beautiful husband and a family of cats. I am a devoted daughter, sister, and aunty who deeply loves my family. Born into Buddhism, and now a Sikh, I am drawn to service and community connection.
