Level 1:

The Basic Human is a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training course designed to introduce you to the mechanics of your Beast body, explore the functions of your 3 minds, its tendencies, and reactions. Understanding your survival mechanisms and coping skills allows you to actively take control of your life and direct your mind.

Level 2:

The Awakened Human is a 300-Hour Teacher Training course divided into 5 topics to finely hone your skills in relationships, communications, meditations, energy management, and practical wisdom.

Level 3:

The Angelic Human is a 60-Hour Teacher Training course delivered in 6 days of complete meditation to deeply experience thoughtlessness and the state of infinite awareness.
